These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of fashionablylatetrader.com, FL Core, the FL Automated Trading System, educational materials, mentoring sessions, alerts, waitlists, affiliate features and related services offered by Fashionably Late Trader LLC (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting the website, purchasing, subscribing, joining a waitlist or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer and Cancellation Policy.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful where you live and consistent with the rules of your broker, prop firm, trading platform and account provider.

2. Educational and software purpose

The Services provide educational information and software tools. Fashionably Late Trader LLC is not your broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser or legal adviser. Nothing on the website, in a live stream, in FL Core, in the Automated Trading System, in a mentoring session or in any communication is personalized financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

You remain solely responsible for every trading decision, account setting, order, position size, stop, target and risk limit, including activity initiated through automation.

3. FL Core access and license

FL Core is a private, invite-only TradingView indicator. After a successful checkout, access is granted manually to the TradingView username supplied by the customer, ordinarily within 24 hours. Incorrect usernames, TradingView outages, weekends, holidays or account-verification issues may delay access.

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use FL Core. You may not share access, resell the Service, copy or distribute protected materials, reverse engineer the indicator, disclose source code or logic, circumvent access controls, or use the Service to build or assist a competing product.

4. Plans, trials and mentoring benefits

Available plans, prices, trial periods and included benefits are displayed at checkout and may change prospectively. The current FL Core monthly plan is $79.99 per month with a three-day trial when offered through the applicable checkout link. The annual plan is $799.99 per year and includes two one-hour private mentoring sessions. FL Core Lifetime Access is $1,999 and includes three one-hour private mentoring sessions. A lifetime purchase applies to the supported lifetime of the product and does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with every third-party platform, device or market-data service.

Mentoring sessions must be scheduled subject to availability. Missed sessions, late cancellations and rescheduling may be governed by the scheduling instructions provided to the customer.

5. Automated Trading System

The FL Automated Trading System is offered through a waitlist and compatibility-review process. Public visibility of the waitlist does not guarantee acceptance, availability, onboarding or compatibility. If approved, the current price is $399 per month plus a $100 one-time setup and onboarding fee. FL Core access is included only while the Automated Trading System subscription remains active.

Automation depends on third-party services and customer-controlled settings. You authorize orders only through your own connected accounts and remain responsible for monitoring activity, maintaining credentials, market data and sufficient account capacity, and disabling automation when appropriate. Fashionably Late Trader LLC does not take custody of customer funds.

6. Third-party platforms

The Services may depend on or link to third parties such as TradingView, Stripe, TradersPost, WordPress, FirstPromoter, brokers and prop firms. Those services are governed by their own terms, fees, availability and privacy practices. Fashionably Late Trader LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party outages, rejected orders, slippage, rule changes, account restrictions, lost data or incompatibility. Compatibility with a particular broker or prop firm is not guaranteed.

7. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials, TradingView username, webhook information and connected-account access. Notify partners@fashionablylatetrader.com promptly if you believe access has been compromised. You are responsible for activity occurring through credentials or connections under your control.

8. Payments, renewals and taxes

Subscriptions automatically renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. By starting a trial or subscription, you authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method on file when the trial ends and at each renewal. Prices may exclude applicable taxes. Stripe or another payment processor may calculate and collect taxes based on the information provided at checkout.

Discounts apply only according to their stated terms. The DEE25 promotion, when active, applies only to the first paid month of the eligible FL Core monthly plan and does not reduce later renewals, annual purchases, lifetime purchases, Automated Trading System charges or setup fees.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are stated in the Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. The former performance or money-back guarantee has been retired. Trading outcomes, missed signals, platform incompatibility caused by customer or third-party settings, or failure to use the Service do not create a right to a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to violate law, platform rules or intellectual-property rights; interfere with website security; transmit malware; scrape or harvest protected content; impersonate another person; make fraudulent purchases; misuse promotional codes; or distribute deceptive statements attributed to Fashionably Late Trader LLC.

11. Intellectual property

The website, FL Core, Automated Trading System materials, visual indicators, documentation, videos, branding, graphics and proprietary methods are owned by Fashionably Late Trader LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer to you.

12. Testimonials and user submissions

If you voluntarily submit feedback, screenshots or testimonials for publication, you represent that they are truthful and based on your genuine experience. Fashionably Late Trader LLC will not materially alter the meaning of an approved testimonial. Permission to publish a name, username, image or trading result must be obtained before public use.

13. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Fashionably Late Trader LLC does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free signals, order execution, platform compatibility, profitability, funded-account qualification or any particular result.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fashionably Late Trader LLC and its owners, personnel and contractors will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities, prop-firm account consequences, third-party outages, indirect damages or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Fashionably Late Trader LLC for the affected Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fashionably Late Trader LLC harmless from claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, breach of these Terms, violation of third-party rules, or trading and automation decisions made through accounts under your control.

16. Suspension and termination

Fashionably Late Trader LLC may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, credential sharing, misuse, fraud, reverse engineering, threats to security, legal compliance or material breach. Termination does not erase payment obligations already incurred.

17. Changes

These Terms may be updated by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Before filing a formal claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter by contacting partners@fashionablylatetrader.com.
