Affiliate Program

The Fashionably Late Trader Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring qualified customers to FL Core. Applications, agreements, tracking links, referrals, commission records and affiliate dashboards are managed through FirstPromoter.
Apply to Become an Affiliate

Applications are reviewed before approval. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Approved affiliates act as independent contractors and not as employees, agents or representatives of Fashionably Late Trader LLC.

Standard FL Core commissions

  • FL Core Monthly: 25% of each successful payment for up to the first 12 paid months.
  • FL Core Annual: 25% of the first successful annual payment only.
  • FL Core Lifetime Access: 25% of the first successful payment only.

Commissions are based on the amount actually collected after discounts. Taxes, free trials, refunds, credits, disputes and chargebacks are excluded. If a customer uses DEE25 or another approved discount, the commission is calculated from the discounted amount collected.

Automated Trading System and excluded charges

Affiliates may promote the FL Automated Trading System only with separate written authorization from Fashionably Late Trader LLC. An approved Bot commission, when offered, applies only to the eligible $399 subscription charge under the written arrangement. The $100 setup and onboarding fee is never commissionable. Mentoring or other products are not commissionable unless approved in writing.

Attribution and payment timing

Eligible referrals are generally tracked for 30 days through the approved FirstPromoter referral link or another authorized attribution method. FirstPromoter and Stripe records determine attribution and collected revenue. Approved commissions are paid monthly after a 30-day refund and chargeback hold, subject to accurate payout and tax information.

Affiliate disclosures

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose that they may receive compensation. The disclosure must appear close to the recommendation or affiliate link and be understandable before purchase. Suggested wording: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

Prohibited conduct

Affiliates may not:

  • Make profit, income, win-rate, funded-account or guaranteed-results claims.
  • Describe backtested, hypothetical or historical results as guaranteed or typical.
  • Use fake or unauthorized testimonials or materially alter customer statements.
  • Send spam, use misleading advertising or create unauthorized coupons.
  • Refer themselves, manipulate tracking or submit fraudulent transactions.
  • Bid on Fashionably Late Trader trademarks or confusingly similar terms without written permission.
  • Represent themselves as employees or official agents of Fashionably Late Trader LLC.
  • Use paid advertising, automated spam or Bot marketing without required written approval.

Agreement and enforcement

Every affiliate must accept the Fashionably Late Trader Affiliate Program Agreement in FirstPromoter. Fashionably Late Trader LLC may reject, suspend or remove an affiliate and may reverse commissions connected to refunds, disputes, fraud or policy violations. The full agreement controls if this public summary differs from the agreement accepted in FirstPromoter.
