2. No guaranteed results

FL Core signals, alerts, triangles, labels, exits, dashboards, live demonstrations, mentoring, charts and the Automated Trading System do not guarantee profits, winning trades, a particular win rate, funded-account qualification or protection from loss. No trading system can eliminate risk. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

3. Hypothetical, simulated and backtested results

Hypothetical, simulated and backtested results have inherent limitations. They do not represent actual trading, may not fully reflect liquidity, slippage, commissions, fees, rejected orders or emotional decision-making, and may benefit from hindsight. 8. Technology and market-data risks

Internet, hardware, market-data, charting, alerting, broker, payment and third-party service failures can interrupt access or produce stale, missing or duplicate information. Alerts are not a substitute for monitoring your own positions and account risk.

9. Personal responsibility

Trade only with risk capital you can afford to lose. Use position sizing, daily loss limits and other controls appropriate to your circumstances. You are solely responsible for decisions and losses in accounts you own, control or connect to the Services.
