This Privacy Policy explains how Fashionably Late Trader LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit fashionablylatetrader.com, purchase or use our Services, submit an Automated Trading System waitlist form, apply to the Affiliate Program or communicate with us.

 

1. Information we collect

Information you provide may include:

  • Name, email address, telephone number, country, company information and communications.
  • TradingView username and information needed to provide indicator access or customer support.
  • Purchase, subscription, trial, cancellation and transaction records. Full payment-card details are processed by Stripe or another payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Automated Trading System waitlist information submitted through Gravity Forms, including the information requested to evaluate interest or compatibility.
  • Affiliate application information submitted through FirstPromoter, including contact details, website, social profiles, promotional plans, referral activity and commission records.
  • Feedback, testimonials, screenshots, trade logs or support materials you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically may include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times, cookie identifiers and general interaction data. Third-party integrations may provide status, attribution or transaction information needed to operate the Services.

 

2. How we use information

  • Provide FL Core access, onboarding, mentoring, customer support and account administration.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds and tax obligations.
  • Operate the Automated Trading System waitlist and evaluate compatibility or onboarding readiness.
  • Operate, review and administer the Affiliate Program, including referral tracking, commissions and compliance.
  • Send transactional messages, service notices, access instructions and requested marketing communications.
  • Maintain security, detect fraud, enforce agreements, troubleshoot and improve website performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

3. Cookies and affiliate tracking

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention and affiliate attribution. FirstPromoter referral links may use a 30-day cookie or comparable tracking method to attribute eligible purchases. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some features or attribution may not function correctly.

 

4. How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that perform functions for us, including website hosting, Gravity Forms and WordPress administration, payment processing through Stripe, affiliate administration through FirstPromoter, email delivery, TradingView access administration, analytics, fraud prevention, professional advice and customer support. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety or security; investigate fraud; enforce agreements; or complete a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of business assets. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money.

 

5. Gravity Forms waitlist storage

Automated Trading System waitlist submissions are delivered to partners@fashionablylatetrader.com and stored as Gravity Forms entries within the WordPress dashboard. Authorized administrators may review and export entries as a CSV file. Spam-protection tools may process technical information when enabled on the live domain.

 

6. FirstPromoter affiliate information

Affiliate applications, agreements, referral links, tracking information, commission records and portal access are managed through FirstPromoter. Applicants should review FirstPromoter’s privacy information in addition to this Policy.

 

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, administer subscriptions and affiliate relationships, maintain transaction and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and satisfy legal, accounting or tax requirements. Information that is no longer required should be deleted, anonymized or securely archived according to operational and legal needs.

 

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No website, email system, database or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or unprotected forms.

 

9. Your choices and requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Transactional or service messages may still be sent when necessary to administer an account or purchase. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information by emailing partners@fashionablylatetrader.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally or operationally required.

 

10. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so that we can evaluate and delete it as appropriate.

 

11. International visitors

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate, which may have different data-protection rules.

The website may link to third-party sites or platforms. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by Fashionably Late Trader LLC.
