By accessing or using Fashionably Late™ Trader products, indicators, educational materials, website, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Educational Purposes Only
Fashionably Late™ Trader provides educational tools and market analysis designed to support disciplined trading and technical analysis. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or brokerage services. Nothing provided should be interpreted as financial advice or a guarantee of results.
- Risk Disclosure
Trading futures, stocks, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in significant financial loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and account activity.
- No Guarantees
Fashionably Late™ Trader does not guarantee profits, prop firm funding, trading success, alert accuracy, or future performance. All tools, indicators, and educational content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Technology & Platform Limitations
Our services rely on third-party platforms including TradingView, brokers, exchanges, and data providers. We are not responsible for outages, data delays, platform failures, API issues, automation errors, or execution problems beyond our control.
- Personal Use Only
All indicators, content, branding, and educational materials are proprietary and intended for personal educational use only. Redistribution, resale, copying, sharing paid access, reverse engineering, or creating competing products using our materials is strictly prohibited.
- Subscription, Access & Cancellation Policy
FL Core Founder Access is a recurring monthly subscription billed automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Access to digital products and invite-only indicators is typically delivered manually after payment.
Customers may cancel at any time by contacting partners@fashionablylatetrader.com before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide retroactive or prorated refunds for prior billing periods.
Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to proprietary tools and educational materials, all sales are final unless otherwise reviewed under the Performance Commitment & Review Policy.
- Performance Commitment & Review Policy
If a customer follows FL Core rules correctly for a minimum of 10 qualified trades and believes the system did not provide value, they may contact support with a complete trade log and screenshots for review. Reviews are conducted solely at the discretion of Fashionably Late™ Trader and do not guarantee refunds or trading success.
- Changes to Terms
Fashionably Late™ Trader reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of all updated terms.
